At Public Lands Interpretive Association, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear and apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled efficiently.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
